Cape Town 10s launches its 12th year of action-packed sport and live entertainment as 31 January and 1 February shapes up yet again for a massive weekend of hyped up experiences for fans, players and celebrities alike.
Players and fans can begin the count down and again look forward to an entertaining mix of rugby, hockey, netball, dodgeball and soccer, as well as the Run The 10s which is back for its second year. A fun new Golf format makes its way onto the scene as well!
With their shared passion for high-end energy and healthy lifestyle choices, Old School Group and SPAR Western Cape are thrilled to announce their partnership with SPAR Western Cape named as the official partner of the Cape Town 10s Netball and the SPAR Run The 10s event which takes runners through the iconic Green Point Stadium.

The positive response to the first successful Run The 10s that took place earlier this year was overwhelming and, as a result, Run The 10s is back and set to become a firm favourite with the active Cape Town sports community. This 6km fun run on Saturday 1 February 2020 takes you through some iconic nooks and crooks and then finishes in the Cape Town 10s where the rest of the day can be spent taking in what is The Best Live Experience Event in South Africa.
