How do I enter a team into the event?

10s is a social sporting and lifestyle event and in order to take part, you can find out more information of all the sports on offer here. Once you have chosen which sport you would like to play, you can enter your team here.

When will I receive my team entry ticket for the event?

All captains are required to transfer their tickets on the Quicket platform to ALL team members. NO TICKET = NO ENTRY

What is the price per sport?

Rugby: R36,000 (20 in a squad) – R1,800 per person

Netball: R10,750 (10 in a squad) – R1,075 per person

Dodgeball: R4,900 (7 in a squad) – R700 per person

Hockey: R6,750 (10 in a squad) – R675 per person

Soccer: R7,250 (10 in a squad) – R725 per person

Is there an age limit to play at the event?

All sporting participants have to be over the age of 18 or have their legal birthday on the Friday of the event in order to play in a team.

What if I am a team manager / physio / coach. How do I go about buying tickets?

Extra squad members will have to buy a day/weekend pass to get into the event.

What if I have more than the required/allowed number of players in a team?

Please note that this is not allowed. If you have any queries, please contact the sports manager in charge for the desired sport.

Who is on the entertainment line-up for 2018?

What does an entry include?

Will there be ATM’s?

Yes, there will be a number of ATM’s on-site at the event.

Will there be card facilities available?

Yes, there will be card services available on-site.

What do I need for entry into the event?

Printed out ticket or ticket on your phone

Can I bring food/drinks into the event?

Yes, you are allowed to bring in FRUIT, BOTTLED WATER (5l & water bottles) and ICE into the event.

Can I bring a cooler box into the event?

Yes. You may fill this with ice.

Does the event cater for disabled persons?

Yes. There are parking and ablution facilities available for use. The event is made-up of mostly grass and gravel road, but is fully accessible.

Do we have disabled parking available at the event?

Yes, this parking will be available in Stephan Way.

Where can I park?

Parking is limited so we suggest using the transport partners available. Otherwise parking is available in P5 – P9.

When can I fetch my kit and team accreditation?

Thursday before the event. More information will be released closer to the time.
